Senior Account Manager
As expertise grows, so does responsibility. Senior Account Managers have demonstrated knowledge and proficiency as Account Managers, and are given additional responsibilities in the areas of training, client communications and management, as they prepare to advance to Senior Digital Account Specialist or Account Director.
Coach, mentor, client point-person, strategic consultant. Account Directors lead the Working Planet teams that make things happen. Primary responsibilities focus on client communications and staff oversight and development. Account Directors help translate client goals into action for their teams, and communicate performance and opportunities to clients. Account Directors both create and communicate best practices, and are core members of the teams training new employees.
